Our EM business was set up to service commodity driven emerging economies, where capital market growth is hindered by a fundamental lack of experienced financial market professionals.
Brookleigh, was one of the first executive search agencies to establish in the Middle East, opening our Dubai office in 2005 and remains today the first and only financial markets executive search agency in Sub-Sahara Africa, after opening in Lagos in 2007.
The EM team covers clients from Russia and CIS, Middle East & North Africa, Sub-Sahara Africa and selected Indochina markets of Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia. This includes local and international banks in these regions, in addition to local banks from the region establishing here in London/Europe or international banks servicing EM from London.
